Common Tax Forms

Below is a list of commonly used tax forms for filing and compliance:

Companies Income Tax (CIT)

  • Form CIT 001: Companies Income Tax Return.
  • Form CO8A: Annual Return for Companies.
  • Form CO8B: Annual Return for Upstream Petroleum Companies.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

  • Form VAT 002: Monthly VAT Return.
  • Form VAT 002A: Schedule of supplies (Input/Output).

Personal Income Tax (PIT)

  • Form A: Income Tax Form for Return of Income and Claims for Allowances (Individuals).
  • Form H1: Employer's Annual Declaration and Certificate (PAYE).
